if you enjoy being greeted with odd smells from the drains, then this is your spot, totally charming, right? also, why on earth is no bottled water provided? It’s just appalling that I didn’t get an upgrade, I totally deserved to be treated like royalty, but I guess I'm just a regular guest here.

Go Hotels Plus in Mandaluyong had its ups and downs. I appreciated the nearby Robinsons Mall for easy access to shopping and dining. The room itself was comfortable with clean bedding and a decent WiFi connection. However, I encountered several issues that dampened my experience. I found out that eating in the room is not allowed, forcing me to go down to the lounge where it was uncomfortably warm due to the AC not being on. Also, I had to deal with loud renovation noises starting too early in the morning and the staff didn’t effectively use the phone system to notify me about my food delivery, opting instead for knocking on the door — a bit unsettling in a hotel without peepholes. While the price was reasonable, I did expect a bit more attention to guest comfort.

Enjoyed a cozy Standard Queen Room while finding the staff exceptionally accommodating. They allowed me to store food in the common refrigerator, which was a big help. However, prepare for a slow elevator and a parking fee of P120 per entry. A better dining option would enhance the experience.

The surrounding area is conveniently located near Robinsons Forum Mall, making it easy to grab snacks or meals. The water pressure in the shower was strong, and I appreciated the complimentary drinking water available on every floor.

Staying with my mom and kids was a breeze! The staff were friendly and even let us store some seafood in the fridge. The room was cozy, and we loved the huge hallways allowing the kids to run around safely.
